Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description

We currently have a lot of work in the Earlysville/Charlottesville, VA area and are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our company. This is a permanent role. If you are interested, please apply and we will reach out right away!

• Operate power construction equipment such as motor graders, bulldozers, scrapers, tractors, and front‑end loaders to excavate, move and grade earth, erect structures, or pour concrete or other hard surface pavement.
• Perform equipment maintenance, including lubricating, inspecting and cleaning.

• Must be able to operate the equipment listed above to establish grades for new construction of roads, parking lots, building pads, etc.
• Knowledge of GPS system for establishing grades is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Drug test/screening, reference checks, and dependable transportation required.
