Pinnacle Construction & Development Corporation seeks a dependable, quality‑conscientious Project Superintendent with well‑balanced skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and a minimum of 10 years’ construction experience for a multifamily apartment development in Zions Crossroads, Virginia.

• Provide overall administrative and technical management on a multifamily construction project site.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety.

• Extensive wood framing experience (multi‑family preferred).
• Proficient reading of drawings and interpreting specifications.
• Experience with construction project management software.
• OSHA 10‑hour safety training, first aid/CPR training required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to work independently and in a team.

On‑site construction office and active construction site.
