Construction Project Manager MEP

We are seeking a Construction Logistics Project Manager to support mission critical data center construction in Cartersville, GA. You will coordinate logistics for multiple multi-million dollar outbuildings, managing deliveries, hoist bookings, equipment access, and subcontractor movements to ensure smooth and safe site operations using specialized construction logistics software including Veyor.

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries, hoist/lift bookings, waste removal, and equipment access across multiple construction sites using Veyor or similar logistics platforms
• Manage subcontractor movements and materials flow to maintain project schedules and prevent delays on multi-million dollar data center outbuildings
• Utilize Procore construction management software to track project logistics, maintain documentation, and ensure all stakeholders have real-time visibility
• Interface with general contractors, vendors, and site teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize material delivery sequences
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, equipment utilization, and site access in Microsoft Office applications and construction management systems

• 3-6 years of construction project management or logistics coordination experience
• Proficiency in Procore construction management software (required)
• Experience with construction logistics platforms:
  Veyor, Motive, Samsara, Verizon Connect, or similar materials coordination systems
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Data center or mission critical construction experience strongly preferred

• Experience coordinating logistics on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects valued at $10M+
• Familiarity with mission critical facility construction requirements and protocols
• OSHA 30-Hour certification
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• Daily presence at active construction sites in Cartersville, GA (on-site position)
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods during site inspections and coordination activities
• Work in outdoor construction environments with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and dust
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
• Valid driver's license required for travel between site locations
