• Implement and maintain erosion and sediment control measures on construction sites that are prone to erosion.
• Clean and prepare sites, jackhammer, possibly dig trenches, support the of excavations, clean up rubble, debris, and waste materials.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
• Load, unload machinery, or tools, and materials, distributing them to the appropriate locations according to project plans or specifications.
• Assist other craft workers.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Help flagging truck movements at sites.

• Applicant must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• The position location is in Norfolk, Virginia.
• Three years of heavy construction laborer experience required.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be knowledgeable of safety procedures and practices.
