Job Summary
The Ski Area Guest Services Cashier position requires candidate to provide the highest level of customer service to all resort guests, both on and off property, in-person, and over the phone. This includes assisting with activity bookings and modifications, providing resort information regarding activities, amenities, and dispensing advice regarding the local area. Ski Area Guest Services Cashiers are responsible for providing front line assistance to ski area guests by assisting with ticket purchases, reservations, and troubleshooting guest concerns.
Candidate must possess and demonstrate communication and social skills. They should be empathetic and a true problem-solver committed to ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Days: Varies, including weekends and holidays
Hours: Varies, days and evenings
Core Responsibilities- Handle and accept responsibility for large sums of money, ability to be firm, but polite in enforcing resort policies, and able to work under stressful situations and conditions
- Assist guests with ticket purchases, refunds, concerns, and questions
- Accurately write down/communicate information to supervisors
- Other duties as assigned by management
This position continues through our winter season only, mid-November through mid-March.
