Position: Evening Front Desk Agent at Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Airport Sandston, VA
Location: Sandston

We are seeking an engaging individual with strong multi-tasking skills and a passion for working with people! As a Front Desk Agent at Hilton Garden Inn, you will be the first and last person that our loyal guests see, and each interaction will be an opportunity to create positive memories that keep our guests coming back. Our cheerful Front Desk agents are responsible for attending to any guests needs, and diffusing any issues that may arise during their stay.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude that enjoys multitasking, problem solving, and working alongside team members to maintain a joyful work environment.

Experience

What you will be doing
  • Start each shift by communicating with other team members
  • Assisting the Front Office Manager and Housekeeping Manager with any small tasks that might arise
  • Answering telephone and attempting to diffuse any guest issues or needs at first point of contact
  • You will be responsible for attending to the needs of our guests during their stay
  • Providing information to guests about the local area, hotel services and amenities
  • Handling guest check-in and check-out in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied
  • This position requires continuous movement and standing throughout your shift

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
