The position is located at our Glen Lyn, VA contact center and is aimed at individuals who are passionate about customer service and capable of communicating with and meeting the needs of our valued customers.

The schedule for this position
: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday‑Friday, with one Saturday shift every three weeks.

• You will be the first voice customers hear when calling Trailers Plus.
• You will work within a great team, communicating with customers via phone and text, assisting both Spanish‑ and English‑speaking customers with setting appointments to visit our stores for trailers, parts, or service.
• You will carefully listen, verify, collect, and enter information into our customer relationship system (CRM).

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and confident communication.
• Keyboarding/typing and computer proficiency.
• Enjoy multitasking and have a strong attention to detail.
• Capable of working effectively in a close‑knit and accountable team environment.
• One year or more of call‑center experience and/or experience with a customer relationship system (preferred, not required).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
