Patient Coordinator – Patient Experience Coordinator

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front‑office tasks to create lasting impressions and build patient trust and loyalty. You will participate in a four‑week training program and engage in a customer‑centric environment that values collaboration and innovation.
How You’ll Make a Difference- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with company policies, procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments.
- Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High regard for time management.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- Must be 18 or older.
