Summit Smiles is seeking a skilled, motivated, and team‑focused Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. We are a patient‑centered office known for compassionate care, a supportive team culture, and a commitment to high‑quality dentistry.

• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (consistent Thursday–Saturday workweek)

• Experienced dental assistant with strong clinical skills
• Leadership experience or readiness to step confidently into a lead role
• Ability to mentor and guide the assistant team
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and patient care focus
• Knowledge of chairside assisting, sterilization, inventory management, and clinical flow coordination

• Assist the dentist chairside with high clinical competency
• Lead and support the dental assisting team
• Coordinate daily clinical flow and ensure efficient room turnover
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain strict sterilization and safety protocols
• Support a positive, comfortable experience for every patient

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one‑year related experience and/or training or the equivalent in the dental profession
• Valid X‑ray certificate
• Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements)
• CPR & first aid certificate
