. Summit Smiles welcomes a compassionate and skilled hygienist to help provide exceptional care in our brand new, state‑of‑the‑art office.
- Full‑time position with flexible hours and days.
- 1‑2 rotating Friday and/or Saturday per month required; schedule balanced.
- Full benefits package: health, dental, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) with match, monthly CE's, life insurance, disability insurance and more.
- Premium hourly pay plus commission structure and monthly bonuses.
- Work with Open Dental software.
- Single or dual‑column hygiene with a dedicated hygiene assistant.
- Friendly, helpful team in a positive and professional environment.
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in Virginia.
- Excellent communicator and patient educator.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Excited to work in a high‑tech, patient‑focused practice.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene.
- Registered Dental Hygiene License from the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge of Open Dental, a plus.
- Possess outstanding time‑management and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team for the good of the patient and practice.
FLSA Status:
Hourly, Non‑Exempt
Reports to:
Operations Manager
