We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a well-established,

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Compensation: Guaranteed $1,000/day PLUS 35% of production
• Practice Model: 100% fee-for-service (no insurance participation)
• Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, 7:45 AM-5 PM, with potential to add Mondays
• Patient Volume: 8-10 patients/day + approximately 16 hygiene checks
• Patient Population: Primarily adults and geriatric patients, with limited pediatrics
• Support: 2 Hygienists, 1 Dental Assistant, and front-office staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Virginia dental license
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Comfortable practicing independently
