An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will practice in a private Independent setting where terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients within the practice.
• Work within the practice of a Subleasing Doctor as an Independent/contracted doctor and exercise professional autonomy according to your discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Offer flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or additions to an existing practice schedule.
• Operate in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment; some offices may offer use of Revolution EHR software and have tech and pre-testing support.
• Utilize automated online appointment book and patient recall system where available.

Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office and provides optometric care to patients. The terms of agreement, including practice model and compensation, are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Professional autonomy with no company-imposed quotas, subject to professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Flexible scheduling and a path to integrate with an existing practice, if desired.
• Pay determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements; may include a competitive bonus and/or commission; benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
