Qualifications:
Case logs and CME documentation for past 2 years required DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive hospitalist medicine services including admissions, discharges, and daily rounding. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in an inpatient setting. Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary services. Perform procedures as delineated on the Delineation of Privileges form. Document patient encounters accurately and timely in Cerner EMR.
