The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for UVA Health Family Medicine Crozet to deliver comprehensive, relationship-based care in a rural community. This outpatient role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and patient-centered care across the lifespan.
You will care for patients from infancy to older adulthood, with eight patient-care sessions weekly and about eight hours of protected administrative time.
