Required:
Yes - Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days

- Board: BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Licenses:
Active Virginia license and DEA - DEA / CDS:
Active DEA required - Certifications:
ACLS, BLS - Experience:
Residency trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Provide day rounding coverage for hospitalized patients at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital, including admissions, daily management, and discharges.
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day.
- Coordinate care with off-site specialists and intensivists as needed, given no onsite specialty backup outside ICU.
- Document patient care activities in EPIC EMR and participate in Valley Health training modules and orientation.
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure safe, timely, and effective patient care.
