Postdoctoral Position in Theoretical Physics

Position:
Two-year postdoctoral opening in Theoretical Physics.
Theoretical physics research centers in Shanghai Jiao Tong University:
Wilczek Quantum Center and Tsung-Dao Lee Institute.
Research areas of current interest include the SYK model, quantum gravity, many-body quantum chaos and random matrix models. Candidates with experience in these areas are especially encouraged to apply, though other research profiles within the realm of theoretical physics and especially with a background in numerical simulations will also be seriously considered.
Responsibilities- Conduct theoretical physics research in areas such as SYK model, quantum gravity, many-body quantum chaos, and random matrix models.
- Collaborate with Prof. Antonio M. García-García Research Group.
- Publish results and contribute to group seminars.
- PhD degree in theoretical physics or related subjects.
- Experience in theoretical physics research, especially in numerical simulations (preferred).
Open to candidates of all nationalities. The working language is English.
Salary & Benefits- Salary: ~300,000 RMB per year before taxes.
