• High school diploma required
• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., including infants into and out of cribs, for safety and emergency situations
