Field Service Superintendent

Lead and manage electrical crews on utility‑scale solar and battery storage repower, restoration and augmentation projects. Oversee scheduling, safety, quality and budgeting to complete projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with NEC code and company standards.

• Oversee and manage a Self‑Perform crew for repair and restoration of utility‑scale solar and battery storage sites.
• Develop and improve processes that drive consistency, profitability and productivity.
• Support the team in safety and quality standards and maintain construction schedule.
• Drive decision making through knowledge sharing, challenge process and clear decision rights.
• Ensure projects are completed per schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality by managing budgets, schedules and risks with transparent client communication and rigorous QA.
• Prepare the team for the next three weeks to enhance coordination and efficiency.
• Maintain daily reporting for internal and external stakeholders and interact with customers as needed.

• Valid Electrical Journeyman license.
• Experience leading Self‑Perform teams or subcontractors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Understanding of NEC code.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Utility‑scale solar and/or BESS experience.
• OSHA 30, NFP 70E, CPR and 7‑First Aid certification.
• Experience with Procore and ArcGIS.

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 per year plus variable pay.
