NAES is seeking an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician to join a dedicated team responsible for operating and maintaining the facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and troubleshooting of critical plant equipment, including turbines, generators, and control systems, with minimal supervision.
The role requires reading complex schematics, safe operation of equipment, use of Maximo CMMS, adherence to safety and environmental plans, and collaboration
