Qualifications

• Professional qualification: MCABE, MCIOB, MRICS (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in Building Surveying and Condition Surveys
• Knowledge of Dilapidation tasks
• Skills in Feasibility Studies and Contract Management
• A proactive approach and ability to work as part of a collaborative team
