Position: DOD Secret Naval Mission Systems Engineer with Security Clearance
Location: Raines Tavern

SENIOR MISSION ENGINEER (ENGINEER, SYSTEMS) A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline, or four (4) years of a demonstrated and established knowledge base and subject matter expertise relevant to specific technical disciplines. Ten (10) years experience with emphasis in one or more of the following:
Combat Systems Cyber Security, Ships Self Defense System, Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) class, AEGIS Integrated Combat Systems, DDG-1000 Zumwalt class destroyer, Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense and Weapon/Sensor Combat Systems to conduct and coordinate individual projects. The Senior Mission Engineer experience includes coordinating development activities associated with engineering systems, capabilities, and activities as well as conducting detailed and complex system engineering independently to include demonstrated experience in functional and system level requirements analysis, requirements generation and technical community review.

Provide system engineering expertise to the Government in evaluating Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) (materiel and non-materiel) solutions to mitigate current mission needs and operational gaps. Apply operational knowledge and context to assist in the definition of mission requirements and capabilities for the future surface Navy (e.g. Frigate, Future Surface Combatant). Provide system engineering expertise to the Government's development of Mission Threads and alignment with Test & Evaluation (T&E) execution.

Provide system engineering expertise to the Government's efforts in defining and developing Concept of Employment (CONEMP) documents to include relevant operational and tactical situations, operational environments, scenarios, conditions, and constraints. #CJ
