We are partnered with a leading provider of complex electrical, technology, and infrastructure solutions to hire a Quality Control Engineer for a major long‑term project. Base Pay Range$85,000.00/yr - $/yr
Job OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and passionate about quality, compliance, and field inspection work within electrical or construction environments.
What You’ll Do- Support and implement project‑specific quality plans across major electrical/technology installations
- Review customer requirements and project documentation to ensure compliance
- Create and maintain QC logs, checklists, and inspection schedules
- Participate in design reviews, inspections, and third‑party audits
- Interface directly with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and quality standards through field inspections
- Analyze trends, prepare quality reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with audits, corrective actions, and process documentation using established frameworks
- 0‑8+ years of experience in engineering, construction management, or related technical fields
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and experience with USACE/NAVFAC 3‑Phase QC is a must for tenured candidates
- Experience with quality control programs—experience with structured multi‑phase QC systems is highly valued
- Strong data, documentation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence processes without direct supervisory authority
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Work on major, high‑visibility infrastructure projects
