Job Title: Process Engineer – Composites Manufacturing

What You’ll Be Doing- Developing, refining, and implementing manufacturing processes for advanced composite components
- Analyzing existing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance
- Partnering closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive successful outcomes
- Supporting new product introductions through feasibility studies, trials, and validations
- Troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing sustainable solutions
- Creating and maintaining detailed process documentation, work instructions, and quality plans
- Staying current on emerging technologies and best practices in composites manufacturing
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
- Experience in composite manufacturing or similar advanced manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of GD&T principles
- Experience with CAD tools such as Catia V5, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
