Job Title: Process Engineer – Composites Manufacturing

Department: Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time | Salary Exempt

• Developing, refining, and implementing manufacturing processes for advanced composite components
• Analyzing existing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance
• Partnering closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive successful outcomes
• Supporting new product introductions through feasibility studies, trials, and validations
• Troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing sustainable solutions
• Creating and maintaining detailed process documentation, work instructions, and quality plans
• Staying current on emerging technologies and best practices in composites manufacturing

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
• Experience in composite manufacturing or similar advanced manufacturing environments
• Working knowledge of GD&T principles
• Experience with CAD tools such as Catia V5, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
