Base pay range

Principal

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participate in planning‑level aviation assignments
  • Perform basic civil engineering design including computer modeling, calculations, and reporting
  • Assist in preparing specifications and perform plan set production for airfield projects – Coordinate and collaborate with other aviation design professionals and disciplines as part of a cohesive design team
  • Participate in bid‑phase and construction‑phase services such as answering requests for information, preparing design clarifications, reviewing shop drawings, and submittals
  • Attend site visits to assist in performing engineering services to include construction quality, acceptance testing and construction management activities
  • Attend and participate in design team and client meetings
  • Attend industry‑level training and collaboration events

This position will be open for at least 3 days.

Required Qualifications
  • A passion for aviation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills
  • Registered Engineer in Training (EIT)
  • Familiarity or experience with Computer‑Aided Drafting and Engineering (CAD/CAE)
  • United States Citizenship

The base salary range for this position is $69,500.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
