• Bachelor degree with major in Instrumentation mandatory, Master degree preferred.
• More than 5-year experience in instrument and control system design for Petro-chemical unit.
• Must be capable of working in a team environment.
• Experience coordinating with other disciplines, familiar with scope of work and GB/HG/SH/IEC standard.
• Fluent written English and verbal communication skills mandatory.
• PLC/DCS programming preferred.

• Review customer specifications for proposals and prepare Exception & Clarification List, provide support during customer clarifications and negotiations.
• Responsible for Electrical and Instrumentation detailed design, procurement support, and necessary site construction and commission guide.
• Instrumentation and electrical components primary cost collection and technical communication.
• Ensure design in accordance with related Code and matches Custom Requirements, resulting in higher customer satisfaction and cost savings for company.
• Cooperate actively with clients, design institutes and all project participants.
• Support and coordinate with other disciplines and departments.
• Control system design and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Coordinate with US engineers for local and global projects execution.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

¥200,000 - ¥350,000 a year
