TMC Technologies is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team providing Computer Program Engineering Services (CPES) on the AEGIS Combat System at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA. This is a full‑time, on‑site position that will require at least an interim Secret clearance to start. This position is available immediately.

• Perform engineering activities associated with combat systems computer programs.
• Coordinate the development, testing, and assessment of combat systems computer program solutions for military applications.
• Establish and maintain systems engineering schedules and monitor technical progress toward these schedules.

• Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physical sciences discipline.
• Ten (10) years of general combat systems experience, with eight (8) years strongly desired on Navy combat systems or equivalent systems.
• Demonstrated experience conducting and coordinating individual projects and systems.
