Colonial Webb is seeking an enthusiastic, entry-level Account Manager with a mechanical engineering or background with skilled trades.
The ideal candidate:
* Understands applications of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
* Has solid computer skills (Microsoft Office products suite)
* Is committed to continuous learning in a fast-paced environment
* Enjoys interaction with many team members and clients.

A day in the life:
* Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities
* Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (i.e., equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)
* Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships
* Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit their needs
* Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes
You should have:
* Mechanical Engineering degree or 2 + years mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
* Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and Internet use
* Client management skills; able to manage customer relationships, perceptions and expectations
