• New product development with focus on device design and process development.
• Design of experiments at in‑house wafer fabs and with external sources including foundries, equipment suppliers or research institutions.
• In cooperation with fab engineering teams to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency and high yield of new designs.
• Assist product and process engineering with R&D expertise on yield, cost‑down and failure analysis topics.

• Master’s degree in semiconductor device physics or equivalent.
• Familiar with CMOS and Bipolar technologies.
• Very good understanding and experience in low voltage semiconductor processing ideally with experience in wafer fab process engineering and/or process integration.
• TCAD or other device simulation experience.
• Knowledge of Transient Voltage Suppressor devices.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Self‑starter and team player.
• Innovative thinking.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving attitude.
• Readiness for traveling.
