Entry Level Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer – Summer 2026 (Data Centers)

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr

We’re looking for an Entry‑Level Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Joining us gives you the chance to work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop P&IDs, size valves, and specify instrumentation for process control and automation.
• Document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Provide on‑site assistance during startup and coordinate work activities with other staff and the discipline lead.
• Design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes in collaboration with architects, engineers, and designers.
• Ensure schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks and support the team in producing control‑system designs for a variety of processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• Previous relevant internship experience.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain it prior to hire.

Preferred Experience:

• Working knowledge of Revit software.
• Prior experience with DDC and PLC based control systems.
• Experience with Data Center design or operations.
