, you’ll work on mission‑critical projects for cutting‑edge industries, including semiconductor manufacturing, research facilities, and other state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing environments. Your expertise will help enable the heart of our clients’ business.
- Lead the schedule and technical quality of electrical engineering tasks on high‑profile projects.
- Develop detailed designs such as installation details, motor control center single lines, electric room layouts, control panel layouts, grounding, lighting, and power plans.
- Provide support during startup, coordinate across disciplines, and assist with construction.
- Collaborate directly with clients, owners, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
- Work in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplined environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents.
- Strong foundation in electrical engineering design for semiconductor or mission‑critical manufacturing environments.

What You’ll Need- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- At least 15 years of experience in engineering design of building electrical systems
- At least 4 years of electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center, or mission‑critical facilities
- Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
- Experience with UPS and EPMS systems
- Experience with generator sizing and paralleling
- Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as switchgears, transformers, panel boards, generators, UPS, etc
- Team leadership and client interaction experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Project lead experience
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi‑disciplinary teams
- Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
- Electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center and/or mission critical facilities
- Medium Voltage (MV) design experience
