Tech seeks an experienced power electronics engineer to own schematic-to-bring-up of Taurus-class inverters for eVTOL and related aerospace applications. You will lead SiC/Si MOSFET inverter design, gate drive, isolation, DC link and thermal paths, ensuring four-quadrant regen and IP67 packaging, within a tight aerospace development cycle.
The role requires 5+ years on motor drives or HV power stages, with deep knowledge of BLDC/PMSM topologies, layout judgment, and lab skills.
