The Rose Gaming Resort is a $480 million gaming and entertainment complex destination, located along I‑95 in Dumfries, Virginia. It features a luxury hotel, eight bars and restaurants, a meeting and event space, 50,000+ square feet of gaming space, over 1,650 historical horse racing machines, and over 80 acres of green space. The resort generates an estimated $35.5 million in annual tax revenues and employs more than 500 team members.

Responsible for improving customer service, developing and implementing new promotions, and maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP customers.

• Market and recruit new guests and other customers to the property.
• Monitor visitation and play of VIP guests and walk the gaming floor regularly to provide customer service and assistance.
• Respond to guests’ requests, questions or concerns in an immediate and attentive fashion using detailed precision.
• Prepare for guests’ visits and follow up throughout and after departure, maintaining contact to ensure return visits.
• Tele‑market various player lists for contacting, attracting and information gathering purposes.
• Attend special events and promotions to build guest rapport and create recognition among guests.
• Determine player eligibility for complimentary services by analyzing player accounts while maintaining management reinvestment guidelines.
• Maintain current, accurate player account information in Oasis to ensure database integrity and privacy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

• Ability to communicate and comprehend information and ideas in spoken and written English so others will understand.
• Ability to accept, prioritize and follow through on work direction.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Virginia Racing Commission License

Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of three (3) years driving experience.

Office/Casino environment; subject to outdoor temperature; exposed to smoke, bright lights and noise  work environment consists of very non‑demanding surroundings with a low noise level. Will occasionally work in extreme heat or cold conditions.
