• Execute end‑to‑end logistical planning and coordination for trade shows and field marketing events
• Oversee booth orders, space planning, shipping and logistics, and vendor relations
• Serve as the primary project manager for assigned events, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive and high‑quality events
• Manage external vendor relationships and maintain operational oversight of event workflows

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on event management experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Proven ability to independently manage events from planning through on‑site delivery
• Strong project management skills with experience managing complex event programs
• Experience owning event‑level budgets and tracking financial forecasts
• Proficiency in event management tools such as Cvent, Salesforce, Captello, and Airtable

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in real‑time during live events
• Experience working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
• Willingness to travel as needed for event execution
