• Manage late and delinquent accounts, including follow‑up calls and correspondence.
• Resolve delinquency and assist customers in meeting their financial commitments.

• Highly self‑directed with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, solutions‑focused attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Capable of working independently and completing assignments within established guidelines.
• Knowledge of collections, servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy procedures, and related legal requirements is a plus.

$18.99/hr – $25.40/hr.

Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
