Accounts Receivable Specialist – Customer Rebates

CAEtech is seeking two Accounts Receivable Specialists to support customer rebate processing, analysis and resolution activities. These are full-time, 18-month contract positions with benefits, based in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, with a hybrid work schedule.

The specialists will process customer rebate claims, analyze rejected claims, investigate discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis to determine appropriate resolution. The positions will work closely with customers and internal sales and finance teams to ensure accurate rebate processing, prevent over payments and recover rebates determined to be invalid.

This is a hybrid position based in Moon Township, Pennsylvania

• Tuesday through Thursday:
  Onsite
• Work schedule may be 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

• Analyze, review and process customer rebate claim files accurately and within required timelines.
• Review and analyze rejected rebate claims and identify appropriate resolution.
• Investigate rebate discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis to help prevent recurring errors.
• Resolve discrepancies among customers, sales and finance teams related to rebate claims.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate customer credits and rebate reporting.
• Monitor customer rebate claims to identify excessive credits and prevent potential over payments.
• Support collection of customer rebates that have been taken but determined to be invalid.
• Maintain an approval limit for total rebate claims of less than $500,000 in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Adhere to established write-off tolerances of up to $2,500 for individual disputed claim lines.
• Work closely with finance and sales teams to maintain alignment and resolve rebate-related discrepancies.
• Support special projects and related initiatives as assigned by management.

• Experience with accounts receivable, customer rebates, claims processing, financial transaction processing or a closely related accounting/finance function.
