MSA Home Health and Hospice – A Division of Medical Services of America, Inc. is looking for a Part‑Time/PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Grundy and the surrounding counties. This range is provided by Medical Services of America. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range$54.00/hr – $60.00/hr
What You’ll Do- Provide in-home physical therapy services to patients across your assigned territory
- Follow individualized care plans, adjusting treatment as needed
- Help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and regain independence
- Work closely with families, physicians, and other care team members
- Monitor and document progress to ensure goals are being met

- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Virginia
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- At least 1 year of physical therapy experience (home health preferred)
