We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist
— Accepting Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN applicants. New-Grad Friendly!

- Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based practices.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercises, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices.
- Masters (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in skilled nursing settings is preferred but not required.
- Background in treating geriatric populations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
