We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

• Work one-on-one with children with autism to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in required training to support each child’s progress.

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test (if not already up to date)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of onboarding

Pay Range: $16 - $20 per hour
