Position: Walk-in Thursday (Nursing)

Walk‑in Thursday (Nursing) – Blue Ridge Therapy Connection

Every Thursday from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm we need experienced LPNs and RNs to provide quality care for our residents. Work is required on a walk‑in basis, with rotating 12‑hour shifts (7:00 am‑7:00 pm, 7:00 pm‑7:00 am) and weekend availability. This is a full‑time, entry‑level position with no prior experience required, though prior nursing home experience (LTC) is preferred.

Job Requirements
  • Valid LPN / RN license required.
  • Virginia licensure required for applicants in Virginia.
  • Current and initial certification by examination or endorsement.
  • Skilled Nursing Home LTC experience – 1 year preferred.
Salary / Wage Range

Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience; please note it may fall outside the range shown.

Schedule
  • 12‑hour shifts available 7:00 am – 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 7:00 am.
  • Weekend availability required.
