Excel Rehabilitation, owned and operated by a physical therapist, is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic sports‑focused outpatient clinic in Aldie, VA. We value hands‑on care, quality time with patients, and clinical autonomy.

• Treat 12–13 patients per day with 45‑60 minute sessions (not short mill appointments)
• Work hands‑on in private treatment rooms or the open gym
• Manage a high volume of sports injuries and post‑operative cases (ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements)
• Use state‑of‑the‑art equipment and advanced manual therapy techniques
• Receive support from dedicated aides to focus on patient care, not admin tasks
• Document efficiently using WEBPT

• Collaborate daily with skilled therapists who want to help you succeed
• Annual in‑person surgical observation with top orthopedic surgeons
• Reimbursement for all continuing education
• New graduates receive 1‑on‑1 mentoring with a senior therapist

A PT owns and operates this practice, so we truly understand what it takes to excel. We’re not a corporate mill; we focus on outcome‑oriented, clinician‑driven care.

• Competitive salary: $80,000‑$95,000 (based on experience)
• $5,000 signing bonus
