Overview
Staff Pharmacist - $25,000 Sign On Bonus and Relocation at Walmart.
Base pay range: $98,000.00/yr - $/yr
What you’ll do- Be at the forefront of patient communications, listening and developing relationships with those seeking quality, heartfelt care.
- Share clinical knowledge and work to the top of your license; be a community leader and a leader among the pharmacy staff.
- Excel in a fast-paced pharmacy environment with the resources and technology needed to succeed.
- Advocate for patient-centered care, adapt to a diverse patient base, and remove barriers to healthier outcomes.
- Provide counseling to patients, process prescriptions, and administer immunizations.
- Contribute to community involvement and outreach, including Wellness Days.
- Understand the business from inventory control to cost savings for patients and compliance.
- Model and guide pharmacy staff on customer service approaches and issue resolution.
- Use data and conversations to understand community health concerns and stay up to date on health issues.
- Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
D, or equivalent FPGE (NABP). - Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
- As applicable, optional preferred qualifications may be listed by the employer.
