Behavior Technician

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

• Work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as directed by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to support each child’s goals and safety.

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Passionate about helping children with autism; patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding
