- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Yorktown known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you’re a new grad or seasoned OT.
Compensation & Benefits- Estimated Rate Range: ≈ 35-45/hr
, depending on experience, setting, location, and status. (full-time, part-time, or PRN) - Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)

- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current VA OT license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
