Experienced Caregiver (Cna/Pca/Hha) – The Key

We are urgently hiring caregivers with a $300 sign‑on bonus.

Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $16.00/hr work full‑time or part‑time across all shifts.

Support clients living with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other cognitive impairments with personalized 1:1 care in the safety of their homes. The Key is the largest provider of private pay in‑home care for aging seniors in North America.

• Cognitive & behavioral support: gentle reminders, redirection, structure to reduce confusion and anxiety.
• Personal care: assistance with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals.
• Home safety & housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, organization.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, errands, grocery shopping.
• Companionship: conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs.

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid certification: CNA, NA, HHA, or PCA.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X‑ray.

Bonus will be paid via Caribou.
