As the Director of Rehabilitation, it is your responsibility to organize, develop, manage, and direct the overall operations of the Rehabilitation Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. You will seek to return the resident to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of resident, physician, and therapy goals. You will follow all health, sanitation and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Rehabilitation Policies and Procedures.

• Must possess and hold a valid and current license as a therapist or therapist assistant granted from the state of employment.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a therapy role in a hospital, rehabilitation community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long‑term care.
