Registered Dietitian – Part-Time| Berryville, VA
Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support along-term care facility in Berryville, VA for 8 hours/week.

Your Assignment Will Include:- Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system
- Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team andfood service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS, including
Section K and Section V (CAA) - Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
- Credentialed as a
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR - Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
