Make a Difference Every DayCharter Senior Living of Fredericksburg is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant to help create meaningful experiences for our residents—both in our community and out on the road.
This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys working with seniors and leading activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesReliably work Wed - Sat 9:45 am - 4:15 pm, including holidays
Assist with daily activities and life enrichment programs
Lead or support group activities between driving responsibilities
Help create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for residents
Step in to run activities when the Director or team is unavailable
Ability to be a back-up bus driver as needed
Experience in senior living, activities, or caregiving preferred
Friendly, energetic, and dependable personality
Ability to work independently and engage residents
