Riverside Health Gloucester, VA is seeking a Surgical First Assistant to serve as first or second assistant on all surgical cases. You will assist with patient preparation, sterilization, room turnover, and equipment management, with competency in advanced laparoscopy, total joint, and/or robotics.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Surgical Assistant program and 3–4 years OR experience, plus specific Virginia certifications and CSFA/LSA options as hire requirements.
