Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC seeks a Registered Dietitian to deliver clinical nutrition services in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. This part-time role covers approximately 5 hours per week, with an additional quarterly 8 hours for assisted living services.
Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, MDS care plans, monitoring nutrition risk, and participating in nutrition at-risk meetings, with on-site visits on weekdays.
