RWC is a vibrant and supportive senior living community committed to enhancing the well-being and quality of life for our residents. We are seeking a caring, creative, and outgoing activity assistant to help plan and deliver engaging programs that promote wellness, connection, and joy among our residents.

• Assist with the planning, setup, and implementation of daily, weekly, and monthly activity programs (games, crafts, music, outings, themed events, etc.)
• Engage with resident’s one-on-one and in group settings to encourage involvement.
• Escort and assist residents during outings or special events.
• Support residents with mobility or other needs during activities.
• Maintain activity spaces, supplies, and equipment.
• Help promote upcoming activities through flyers, calendars, and announcements.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with seniors is a plus
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lead low- to moderate-impact fitness activities.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and assist residents as needed.
